At Monkey vs Owl we work with you to design and build your project, taking the stress out of what can be a complicated and painful process. Our turnkey team of structural surveyors, architects, builders, electricians, plasterers and interior designers work together under one umbrella to help build your dream. We also cater for a fully hands-off approach if desired, giving you weekly updates on progress, but aside from that only involving you with key decisions as and when they arise.

OUR 3-STEP PROCESS:

STEP 1 — CONSULT.

Understanding your needs is vital to us and a key step to creating a successful outcome. It all begins with a meeting to hear your project ideas, learn more about your commercial goals and advise on the best constructive strategy to achieve them. Once we’re both happy with the initial concept, we conclude with a budget estimation and proceed onto the design phase.

STEP 2 — DESIGN.

Now we’ve agreed a budget and a project direction, our design team works to visualise these discussions, bringing together our expertise with your dreams to design the ideal outcome. Once everyone is happyecstatic with the design, we create a timeline for the works and a schedule for procurement.

STEP 3 — BUILD.

Project managed from start to finish by Monkey vs Owl, we execute on the agreed plan with weekly updates and progress imagery. As we near the project completion our project manager will make the final checks, before inviting you to join us onsite for the big reveal. Exciting times.
